Police are treating the incident as attempted murder.
Emergency crews were called to an incident at an address on Braid Square at midnight on Saturday morning. Medics attended and a 30-year-old man was discovered with serious injuries.
Forensic teams were pictured swarming the property this morning. One local told Glasgow Live they have been left shaken by the ordeal.
