Residents in parking hell 'trapped' on nightmare Preston estate where ambulances and bin lorries cannot pass
Residents living near a Lancashire college say they feel 'trapped' by nightmare parking as they struggle to use their cars during term time.

It causes a huge jam and you just think 'what do I do now?'"
"There needs to be double yellow lines on each corner of this estate and if anyone parks there they need to be ticketed. Sometimes, because of the way people have parked on the corners, it causes accidents because you just can't see round the cars.
