Some Billing Aquadrome residents say their electricity has not been restored after flooding.
Some residents of a holiday park that was evacuated at the weekend say they do not know when they will be able to return to their properties.
The council's Conservative leader, Jonathan Nunn, said: "WNC staff left the site at 23:00 GMT having settled residents with emergency beds and hot food and thankfully there was no additional flooding overnight." By Monday, some residents were still unable to return. Ms Betts, who has owned a holiday home on the site for five years, said: "We still can't get on because we've got no electric.
Mary Brown was told to leave the site during the earlier flood on 1 January and has been living in a motorhome near Daventry, Northamptonshire.
