The creator has given an insight into the hit BBC show
Tony Schumacher said it is Liverpool's time as he provided a behind the scenes look at The Responder.
He said: "This is, I'd say an old stomping ground, but it makes it sound like I used to go marching up and down the corridors. It was a place I used to hang out when I was a bobby. "I always saw Chris' character coming from there." Liverpool is experiencing a filming boom and The Responder is a shining light of how the region is becoming a hub for high quality film and television.
