Bosses at the Bangor spot informed customers in March that it would be shutting and the restaurant would be put on the market "by way of assignment". They thanked staff and loyal customers who made their 24 years in business the "most enjoyable journey" for owners. Lekker Kitchen Dutch-inspired spot Lekker Kitchen Cafe in Greyabbey thanked customers for their support over the last three years as they made the difficult decision to close in the summer.
Chris' Café and Florist in Crumlin had previously announced that they would close at the end of July but decided to bring the date of their closure forward as costs continued to rise.
