A popular Glasgow retailer is set to open a brand-new store next year.
Geek Retreat Glasgow, currently based at 63 Union Street in the city centre, will be moving into a new facility in St Enoch shopping centre.The 10-year-old retailer, which is popular for its sales of comic books, games, and gaming cafe, took to Facebook over the weekend to share the news. They said:"We’re really excited to announce our plans to open a brand-new Glasgow Geek Retreat in the St Enoch shopping centre in early 2023.
"The new store is bigger, brighter and will offer the very best of Geek Retreat in a prime location in the city centre.Though the store had hoped to keep the current facility open until the new one was ready, they have decided to close the building early on Friday, December 30.One person wrote:"That is incredible!!!!! So excited to check out the new digs.
