If it is Instagrammable cocktails and homely food you are looking for, Yum is the one!
It can be hard to find somewhere to go for a good feed and decent cocktails, without travelling too far and spending big.
Before attending Yum, my mind was set on getting the soup for starter and then it was a toss up between the chicken supreme and the szechuan chilli beef. Although I didn't order the szechuan chilli beef., I coaxed my partner into getting it, so essentially, I got it too - win win. It was served with glazed vegetables, spiced garlic and ginger noodles. Portion sizes were huge, but not off-putting.
I probably could write an entire piece on the cocktails at Yum. I kept having to ask the price again, because I couldn't believe what you were getting, for the price. Most cocktails are now 'for the gram' - and if you are into quirky styles, try Yum.
