If you use a digital camera or video camera, the chances are you will have used a Lexar memory card at some point, even if you haven't realised.
There are other brands, of course, with Lexar among the leading names in the field, alongside SanDisk and ProGrade. I've had many memory cards over the years, thanks to being an amateur photographer, but this is probably the biggest one I have had, with 256 GB of storage. This is my first UHS-II technology card, which features a second row of contacts to enable faster transfer speeds.
I take a lot of photos of birds and deer at the local wildlife park, so a quick processing speed is really useful. I've had cards in the past that have really buffered and slowed down the process of taking good pictures, which is hard enough for me anyway. When shooting continuous bursts, you need a responsive memory card, and I had no complaints about this one.
It offers up to 280 MB/s read and 160 MB/s write speeds with a V60 video rating. I only shoot in RAW format mainly because it lets me rescue some of my photos in Lightroom after the event! This larger file format results in much larger file sizes. The RAW photo capacity on my D500 memory card is about 8,000 photos, but the makers say it can store up to 44,000 pictures, depending on the camera and format.
It's suitable for 4k video and can shoot hours of high-spec recordings, obviously, that also varies depending on the resolution chosen. The memory card is suitable for DSLR or mirrorless cameras, and after a day of using it, I can honestly say it was effortless. Quality storage solutions come at a price, and so does this, but it's actually a really well-priced alternative to some of the really high-priced cards on the market.

The read speeds are fast enough to move large photo and video files quickly, and the write speeds keep up well during continuous shooting. It feels reliable, especially for 4K work.
