Rezvani is launching a new sub-brand focused on retro-inspired models. Rezvani Retro will offer vehicles that combine old school styling with modern platforms and technology. The brand’s first model, the RR1, will debut on April 16. Rezvani is best known for making customized Corvettes and Jeeps, but now they’re going old school. Or kind of. As part of this effort, they’re launching a new sub-brand called Rezvani Retro.
This promises to be the best of both worlds as customers can expect classic looks as well as modern comfort. The brand’s first model is known as the RR1 and it will be unveiled on April 16. The company isn’t saying much about it, but hinted the model is “inspired by a classic icon.” While the company is playing coy, they named the teaser image “935_teaser_rear.” As a result, there’s little doubt the brand is planning a Porsche 911-based sports car that pays homage to the 935.
