'RHONY' star Kelly Bensimon has called off her wedding four days before she was set to get married a second time. 'He refused to sign a prenuptial agreement,' she told PEOPLE.

"I refused to marry him. Full stop," she told the publication, which added that an insider said Bensimon is regrouping "during a difficult time.""He thought that I would enter this union without legal protections in place, that I would leave everything to faith," Bensimon elaborated in a statement to PEOPLE. "But I’ve worked really, really, hard as a single mother and have always made smart decisions for myself and my family, and that will continue.
"When I first met him, I didn’t even say anything. I was speechless — which is not like me, I always have something to say," Bensimon Bensimon was previously married to photographer Gilles Bensimon, with whom she shares daughters Sea and Teddy. Litner has been married twice before and has children of his own.
