Keough was entangled in legal battles over her inheritance throughout much of 2023 following the death of her mother, Lisa Marie Presley , and a dispute over her will between Keough and her grandmother, Priscilla Presley.
” “The purported note and deed of trust are products of fraud and those individuals who were involved in the creation of such documents are believed to be guilty of the crime of forgery,” the suit continues, with allegations that the LLC is also “not a real entity.” In the 61-page lawsuit, filed May 15 in Shelby County, Tennessee, Keough , asks for a restraining order against Naussany and a block on any nonjudicial sale of Graceland.
