A man exposed his genitals to the police as they protected a lone black man from a group attack - minutes later he threw a plank of wood at them.

In footage played to the court, whilst police officers made a circle around the man, Brookes, of Frogmore Avenue, Hyde, can be seen to throw a pint of cider towards them before shouting: “F*****g ISIS!”
“How is it that a man with his background is seen to behave in a way I have just witnessed - like a hooligan?” Judge Patrick Field KC asked. “I’m sorry to hear that, but that does not and can never excuse that behaviour,” Judge Field KC countered. “He is realistic,” Ms Quaite replied.
