Offering local talent the opportunity to play at next year's festival, there are only a few days left to enter the competition and secure a slot on the Satellite Stage.
Glasgow's local DJs looking to make a name for themselves still have a few days left to put their name in the hat for the chance to play at one of the country's top music festivals next year.
At next year’s event – which will take place on the late May bank holiday weekend, kicking off the summer season – winners of the competition will each receive a slot on the dedicated stage, which was created to shine a light on the DJs of the future. Providing a platform for new talent to showcase their skills at the biggest party of the summer, the competition is open to artists of all backgrounds and experience.
Submissions are open from now until Thursday, September 28 at 4pm, after which a top 10 shortlist, compiled by the Riverside Festival Team, will be put to a public vote. The top 6 entries will then perform live at The Locale Open Decks Night hosted by All U Need on Thursday, October 12th, with winners then announced on Friday, October 20.
