Cirencester road contractors mistakenly spelled 'Keep Clear' as 'Ceep Klear', leading to ridicule on social media and raising questions about the quality of road repairs across the UK.
Roadworks contractors have caused a shock among locals after making a huge spelling mistake with their new road markings.
He posted a video of himself walking past the spot in the town and said: ‘It may be contractors having a bit of a laugh or an honest mistake but it speaks to a wider issue around highways repairs and the quality of repairs. The spelling mistake, which has since been fixed by the red-faced contractors, led to hundreds of derisory comments on social media.
