Robbie Williams has opened up about his complex relationship with former bandmate Gary Barlow , admitting that while their feud is a thing of the past, things will never be completely the same again. The 50 year old singer reflected on the ups and downs he's experienced with Barlow, 53, since their rise to stardom in the '90s with Take That .
In the documentary 'Boybands Forever', Robbie revealed: "He phoned me up. We're mates now and I love him, and our relationship is 95% healed. There'll always be a scar, but he loves me. I love him." Director Michael Gracey explained the creative choice, suggesting that audiences feel a unique discomfort when witnessing an animal in distress, compared to human suffering.
