President Joe Biden's campaign on Tuesday showed up outside former President Donald Trump 's New York City criminal hush money trial in an effort to refocus the race on the Jan. 6 2021 Capitol insurrection.
It seemed that the group was making an effort to refocus the presidential race on what happened on January 6, 2021. Actor Robert De Niro, New Yorker, joined the group at the podium, saying "We don't have choice" and "if Trump returns to the White House, you can kiss these freedoms goodbye.""Some how he managed to get Patriots to supports a man who called for terminating the constitution and on January 6 rallied an angry mob to threaten democracy leaving death and destruction in its wake," De Niro read from a paper."I love this city.
