Robredo made the response when asked on how she would ensure that the Full Disclosure Bill would be passed into law when the Freedom of Information Bill was not passed during the Aquino administration even if the Liberal Party was the ruling party then.
"Mas maganda kung may batas para kahit hindi na ako Pangulo, nandito pa rin ito. Pero habang walang batas, maglalabas ako ng EO," she added. She cited her office's Omasenso program which provides market access and reduces production cost for farmers in the countryside.
