Robredo laments 'missed opportunity' to work together with Duterte for country's sake | MB_RAntonio
Presidential aspirant Vice President Leni Robredo on Monday, Jan. 31, said it was a missed opportunity that President Duterte did not see it fit to set aside their differences so that both of them could have worked together for the betterment of the country.
The Vice President lamented that she had a lot of plans when she was appointed head of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council . She also accepted the challenged of the Chief Executive to co-chair the Inter-Agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs , but she was removed after only 18 days.
But the aspiring president was quick to shrug it off, and insisted that her consistency of her public service record would speak for itself.
