Vice President Maria Leonor 'Leni' Robredo on Sunday pledged a clean and efficient government if she succeeds in her bid to become President.In her campaign rally at the Quezon Memorial Circle, Robredo appealedfor support for her running mate, Sen. Francis 'Kiko' Pangilinan.
Robredo's team took full responsibility.'We acknowledge the concerns of the Quezon City government, extend our thanks for its vigilance, and take full responsibility,'Robredo's spokesman Barry Gutierrez said in a statement.
