Batman: Arkham Knight developer Rocksteady is said to be returning to the series after the failure of its Suicide Squad game.

Rocksteady goes back to Batman After finishing with the Arkham series with 2015’s Batman: Arkham Knight, Rocksteady spent years developing its live-service Suicide Squad game. However, after the game failed to capture an audience, the studio is allegedly back in the Batcave.
