While the Kemp family love the festive season, it can also be a difficult time for them after losing close family friend George Michael on Christmas Day in 2016. Opening up to OK! for a festive shoot, they reveal that they still have the fondest memories and Roman says George was always very generous with presents.

Opening up about a typical Kemp Christmas, Shirlie admits: "I love to dress up and no one else joins me! I’ll beg Harley to put on a dress, but she won’t. She just stays in her pyjamas and Martin will come down in his tracksuit." Roman says: "I was in Austria for Christmas with my girlfriend Anne-Sophie’s family, and my mum got upset that I wasn’t there. I phoned her up and asked her what she’d done for Christmas and she replied, “Nothing!” This year she’ll get me back. It’ll be a low-key celebration but after time apart, it’ll feel so lovely. I can’t wait for all the food!"
