Roman Kemp was forced to stop The One Show as he issued an urgent warning to viewers at home, leaving co-host Alex Jones to agree with him
Roman Kemp had to abruptly interrupt The One Show 's lively banter on Wednesday to deliver a pressing message to viewers tuning in.
Sharing a chuckle, he revealed: "One of my favourites was the comedian Guz Khan. His was butter. He really likes butter because when he was a kid, he only ever had margarine and his neighbours had butter so he broke into their house and was caught eating butter by his neighbours. So it reminded him of that urge to steal."
It was at this moment Roman jumped in to issue an impromptreatedibly important advisory, pausing the chatter to earnestly caution viewers. Giving the camera a serious gaze, he issued the warning: "And we should add, please do not break into anyone's home and eat their butter! " to which Alex was quick to concur: "Definitely! ", reports the Mirror.
But Alex couldn't resist teasing, saying: "You just look like somebody dressed as Russell Howard for World Book Day."
