Chelsea now faces four felony charges, including maintaining a drug trafficking place, child neglect, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of THC, along with two misdemeanors for disorderly conduct and possession of illegally obtained prescription drugs. His lawyer argued that it is no longer in the children’s best interests for Chelsea to have unsupervised visits.
'I tried to ask her more questions and you could tell the Chelsea was not being honest whatsoever. This was a repeat of what happened a few weeks prior when I was at her house for a similar incident,' police wrote in their report.Police arrested Chelsea and checked on her baby son Atlas, when a box of hypodermic needles was allegedly found in the child's room.
'His facial features were sunken in and he was missing some teeth. His muscle tone was very rigid and he seemed like he was flexing even though he was not,' the police report alleged. A second officer described a similar scene with old rotting fruit, 'garbage, random tools, and butane bottles sitting on the floor, all mixed with the clothing belonging to '.'Under a baby crib, I located a black and silver digital scale, some used gem bags with white residue, and a sharps container that had more used and unused hypodermic needles,' the report went on.
