Hundreds of warm coats and heavy jackets that will help people keep warm this winter were donated following an annual appeal by the Rotary Club of Rutherglen .

The winter clothing items have now been delivered to the Kindness, Homeless Street Team charity at London Road in Glasgow’s east end. And they couldn’t have come at a better time as freezing temperatures begin to bite.
