The crews from Garston, Watford, and St Albans fire stations found an outbuilding next to the house “well alight” and the fire spreading to the roof of the main building.In the evening of August 27, a crew from Garston fire station attended a small fire in an alleyway off Blackthorn Close, Watford.Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service was called at 12.56am on Monday, August 28 to reports of a car on fire at the entrance to the Colne Way industrial estate on North Western Avenue, Watford.
Three fire engines, from Watford and Garston fire stations were sent to the scene, where crews found one car “well alight”. Firefighters extinguished the fire with dry powder and hose reels.On August 30 at 9.01am, Garston Appliance attended a property on Sheepcote Lane in Watford. The service was called to assist the East of England Ambulance service to remove their patient from the address safely.At around 3.32pm the fire service received a call to a skip on fire in Horseshoe Lane, Watford, on August 31.
