The British soap star, 35, has been accused by landlord Joe Bunney, 30, of staying in the home with his actress girlfriend Amy Lythgoe beyond the tenancy agreement.
A row has broken out between Lioness Ella Toone's boyfriend and Coronation Street 's Ryan Prescott over his disputed claim that the soap star is refusing to leave a house he promised to his widowed grandfather.

'Let me give you some context, I have my 78 year old grandad who is ready to move into the property from today, which has took some convincing after recently losing his wife. Speaking to the Daily Star that month, he said: 'Well it's been six years now, so I always said to myself I probably wouldn't do more than five, but then we had Covid and everything changed.
