A much-loved family member of Prince Harry and Prince William, who was also a companion of the late Queen, has passed away and royal fans have rushed to pay tribute
Royal fans have shared Prince William and Prince Harry 's devastation after a member of their family died aged 82.
Social media users were heartbroken and took to X to comment.. "Robert Fellowes, Baron Fellowes, has died aged 82," one wrote. "Former Private Secretary to Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II from 1990-1999. He was married to Lady Jane, sister of the late Diana, Princess of Wales.
Meanwhile a third chimed in: "I was saddened last night to learn of the death of Robert, the Baron Fellowes, aged, 82 on Sunday. He was uncle to Prince William and a great friend of the Royal Family. Married to Lady Jane Spencer, Diana’s sister, he was better know as Private Secretary to The Queen in the 90s."
