Royal expert Emily Andrews says Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton may have a fourth child, after appearing to be heavily broody during a royal visit to Belfast. She adds that Kate loves the early baby stages and was acting similarly before Louis.
The rare sight of Kate, 37, not on royal duties, shocked bystanders who could not contain their excitement and took to social media to share the surprise encounter, reports Hello Magazine. The Duchess is thought to have been spotted coming home from the school-run with Prince George and Princess Charlotte on Thursday afternoon.
