Lincoln's Cornhill Quarter gets a royal seal of approval! 👑
The Duke of Gloucester graced Lincoln with his presence as he embarked on a small tour of newly redeveloped Cornhill Quarter.
Accompanied by the Mayor of Lincoln and local representatives, His Royal Highness strolled along Sincil Street and Exchange Square, engaging in conversations about the rich history and meticulous restoration of the area's iconic buildings. He expressed admiration for the revitalised features of the shops that line the street.
The Right Worshipful, the Mayor of Lincoln, Councillor Biff Bean, said: “It was an honour to welcome The Duke to our wonderful city. We thoroughly enjoyed showing the fantastic progress in The Cornhill Quarter and City Square.”
