Kane, a four-year-old male, and Candy, a five-year-old female, arrived at RSPCA Millbrook Animal Centre in Chobham on 18 March after their owners were unable to care for them due to personal reasons. Sue Walters, manager of the centre, said: “We really hope we can find the perfect home for these cats, as although they both have different needs, they are incredibly bonded and Kane is often guided by Candy.”With Euro 2024 underway, the centre hopes that Kane’s namesake can attract more potential adopters.
