The dog has a bad skin condition and was mostly bald
Inspectors from an animal charity are hunting for the owner of a dog found dumped with major fur loss.
It was noted the dog had a bad skin condition, leaving him bald over most of his body. Even though he was "clearly in need of veterinary attention" for the condition, the RSPCA believe the dog was abandoned and are hunting to find its owner. "We believe he was abandoned and it is so sad as he was clearly in need of veterinary attention. Thankfully he was spotted wandering around and a member of the public alerted the dog warden to his plight.
"He was microchipped and initial investigations suggest he lived in the Fleetwood area originally and moved to Cleveleys before he was found in Lancaster."
