Ruben Amorim takes charge of Man Utd for the first time this afternoon away at Ipswich Town.
There will be plenty of Manchester United players who will hope Ruben Amorim 's arrival at Old Trafford can prove to be a catalyst.
The England international is now fit again and has already received a glowing reference from his new boss. "I have to tell you I love that kid," said Amorim this week. "This season over the last few games I've probably played a little bit higher than I was used to - playing as a kind of forward 10, or sometimes a winger or a false 9. So I've had to adapt a bit but that gives me more opportunity to get into the box and have the opportunities to score and create," he said during Tuchel's tenure at Chelsea.
"That's what the modern game is like - you've got to work hard to win the ball back as well. I've always welcomed that and really tried hard to bring it into my game, and people have obviously recognised that, which is a positive.
