🏉 Fitness and experience proved decisive in a tough match in Yorkshire
Lincolnshire Lions held their own for some of the match, but fitness and experience proved decisive in a 46-6 defeat away against a well-drilled Bentley ARLFC team.
Lincolnshire Lions started strongly and were more than a match for their opponents for the first 20 minutes of the match. The second half started with a Bentley try from kick-off, again being scored through the middle. It nearly got worse for the Lions soon after, but their Yorkshire opponents saw their next try disallowed for a forward pass.
Winger Joe Petch then forced his way over for a try in the corner and Max Tomlinson successfully slotted over the conversion from the touch line.
