Russia has vowed to take “retaliatory measures” against Ukraine after blaming Kyiv for a foiled attempt on President Vladimir Putin’s life.
Ukrainian officials have denied all involvement in the incident, countering it was a false flag attack staged by the Kremlin.
“We regard these actions as a planned terrorist act and an attempt on the President, carried out on the eve of Victory Day, the May 9th Parade, at which the presence of foreign guests is also planned,” it read.
