One Balinese blogger and political activist, Ni Luh Djelantik, recently uploaded an open letter to her Instagram page, addressed to Russian President Vladimir Putin."We'll send them home, blacklist them if they abuse their residence permit by working/opening a business, stealing the livelihoods of local residents."
