The once-beloved television duo, who tied the knot 14 years ago and have been a couple for 27 years, have reportedly filed for divorce.
However, Ruth appeared to disagree, telling her husband: "Why would you need to stay friends, you aren't with them anymore, you don't need to be friends. My thing is you weren't just friends, you were married or had a relationship." Ruth shared that her worst fear would actually be Eamonn leaving her for someone the same age. She explained: "See I think, people go, 'Oh, you'd hate it if you were dumped for a younger model.'
