Loose Women star Ruth and GB News presenter Eamonn married in June 2010 but announced their split last month
Ruth Langsford has been flooded with messages, some of thanks, as she shared her usual family update, days after her split from husband Eamonn Holmes was confirmed.
Eamonn also has three children, Declan, Rebecca and Niall, from his first marriage. Ruth and Eamonn, both 64, first began presenting ITV daytime programme This Morning together in 2006. A statement on May 25 read: "Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes have confirmed their marriage is over and they are in the process of divorcing."
Alongside the clip, set to Strictly Come Dancing star Anton Du Beke's version of Putting On The Ritz, Ruth said: "Lovely day spent with my darling Mum….sunshine, music, dancing, sherry, lunch, crosswords in the garden & Maggie….making memories. Music by her favourite @mrantondubeke #sunday #family #mum."
Instagram Responding to the post, Ruth kindly wrote: "I’m so sorry to hear that….that’s why I treasure every moment with mine x." Another, @debbie.keane, said: "What is it with mum’s and Sherry," to which the TV star replied: "I know! I love it too now! x."
