Callum David Cummins Summers appeared in court charged with the murder of Stuart McGeachie.
Stuart McGeachie was found seriously injured on Farmeloan Road in the town on the evening of October 24 before making his way to a nearby flat where he was pronounced dead.

Stuart McGeachie’s ‘devastated’ family had earlier paid tribute to him in a statement released by Police Scotland that read: “We are devastated at the loss of Stuart, he was a much-loved son, father and brother who will be greatly missed.
The investigation into the death of the 38-year-old was being led by detectives from Police Scotland’s Major Investigation Team.
