Paul Brennan's stoppage-time winner also saw Glens retain the William Skinner Memorial Cup
Rutherglen Glencairn left it late to dump derby rivals Cambuslang Rangers, and stay top of the West of Scotland First Division.
That would have been a good point for the visitors, but frustrating for Glens, who could have been comfortably 4-0 ahead at the interval, instead of the slender lead they possessed through Lewis Blane’s headed goal three minutes into first-half stoppage time. Glens dominated the first half and had an effort cleared off the line from a Roan Fitzpatrick corner in 16 minutes, and 10 minutes later, he was also the provider as Ryan McManus crashed a header off the right post from a corner.
