Ryan Dorsey honored the memory of his late ex-wife, Naya Rivera, on her birthday with an emotional Instagram post. The actor shared a poem reflecting on their past and encouraged fans to cherish loved ones.
Ryan Dorsey wished his late ex-wife a 'happy heavenly birthday' on Sunday. The Big Sky actor, 41, who was married to former Glee star Naya Rivera, for four years recalled times past as he shared in an emotional post. '5 birthdays since you’ve been gone. Thoughts everyday about how it went wrong. The memories attached to places, Still see all the things, see all our faces,' he wrote in the poem which was accompanied by a photo of him and Rivera at the 2016 Golden Globes.
The Glee actress met Dorsey in 2010 and after some time apart the pair reconnected and married in 2014. They welcomed their son, Josey, the next year before going their separate ways in 2018. Rivera died in July 2020 while swimming at the Lake Piru reservoir in Ventura County. In his missive, the Stumptown actor encouraged the late actress to give their late dogs Emmy and Lucy 'one good rub.'
