Preston North End boss Ryan Lowe’s expects his crop of youngsters to stay at the club until late into the transfer window.
O’Neill is the only one to have made his first team debut, making three appearances last season.
"The transfer window doesn't shut until September 1 so we'll have to keep them around until at least then, unless it's someone who is going to take them and give them game time. Amaral has been one of the standouts of the younger players this pre-season, alongside Coulton who has been racking up the minutes.
He signed a new one-year-deal this month and Lowe has praised his attitude along with the rest of his teammates pushing for a place in the senior side.
