The 47-year-old Deadpool star disclosed that their fourth child is named Olin, a name of Nordic origin meaning ancestor's heir or to inherit. Although typically a male name, the couple have yet to announce the child's gender.Variety reports that Ryan said on stage on Monday night: "I want to start by saying thank you to my wife Blake, who is here. I want to thank my kids James, Inez, Betty, Olin, who are here.

She had never formally announced the arrival of their fourth addition after sharing news of her pregnancy in September 2022, having debuting her bump at the 10th Annual Forbes Power Women's Summit in NYC. Blake broke the internet on February 12 2023 with an Instagram post showcasing herself in jeans sans baby bump, cryptically alluding to the new arrival by captioning: "Puppy Bowl Sunday 2023.
