Shana Wall, who dated Ryan Seacrest in the early 2000s, has filed a lawsuit against American Airlines after sustaining serious injuries from a beverage that allegedly contained 'broken plastic and shards.' On Aug. 12, Wall, a former 'Amazing Race' contestant, filed the documents in the Manhattan Supreme Court through her attorney, John J. Bailly.
Wall claims to have suffered multiple personal injuries.
Representatives for American Airlines and Wall did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.
