Passengers are urged to check the status of their flight as the Met Office issues a yellow warning for fog

Ryanair has warned passengers flying to and from the UK today that they could face ‘potential disruption’ to their flights due to fog. It comes as the Met Office issued a yellow warning for fog this morning, covering much of the west of England and the Welsh border.

Ryanair urged passengers to monitor their website and app for the latest updates on their flights. In a statement on its website, the airline said: “Affected passengers will be notified and any passengers travelling to/from UK on Thursday 28 November should check their Ryanair app for the latest updates on their flight.

According to the website Flight Radar, there is only one cancelled flight from Manchester Airport today so far which is the 8.45am British Airways flight BA1387 to London Heathrow. All other flights are scheduled to operate as planned, with no significant delays to Ryanair flights. The only flight from Manchester Airport with a delay longer than 30 minutes so far today is the 12.25pm Aer Lingus Regional flight EI3325 to Dublin.
