'She's cost me an arm and a leg.'
Last week the TV presenter, 34, said he was ‘praying’ for mum Linda after the 71-year-old wasThey had been enjoying their first holiday together in ‘a good few years’ when Linda experienced’ quite a bad fall’ that saw her rushed into surgery., despite having her left leg strapped up and her right arm in a sling.
Now he’s begun the process of bringing her home to recover, but has revealed it’s cost him ‘an arm and a leg to do so’. Sharing a photo of a charter plane on a runway on Instagram, Rylan wrote: ‘She might have broke an arm and a leg but she’s cost me an arm and a leg!‘Massive thank you to the amazing team and surgeons at @helicopterossanitarios. Thanks for looking after my mum x.’
The presenter also shared a photo of his mum on a stretcher being taken onto the plane by a paramedic, as well as another of Linda as she settled in for her flight home once on board.Despite the fact her arm was still bandaged up, Linda seemed to be laughing off the fuss that was being made about her, looking like she was shaking her head at the camera with her hand raised as her son took the snaps.
