The band has apologised to fans
S Club have apologised to fans after the band's Liverpool gig was cancelled tonight just hours before they were due to perform.
A statement from the band, posted on their Facebook page, said they were "devastated" that the show had been postponed by the venue due to an "unforeseen technical issue". The band said the issue was impacting the arena's power supply and therefore fans' safety. "We can't begin to express how sorry we are. Especially as we know most of you have travelled great distances to join us tonight.
"We're absolutely heartbroken, but really hope we will see you then. Thank you for continuing to always support us. Sending you so much love. Brad, Jo, Jon, Rachel and Tina x"
