Sabrina Carpenter's newest fragrance, Cherry Baby, has hit the shelves and is already flying off them. The sweet and seductive scent is garnering rave reviews and becoming a popular choice for perfume lovers. This article delves into the reasons behind Cherry Baby's success, exploring its unique fragrance notes and widespread appeal.
While I'm no perfume expert and tend to stick to my tried-and-true favorites, I've recently started exploring new fragrances. One affordable addition to my collection has been garnering compliments every time I wear it - and it's not just me who's a fan. Priced at £25 for 30ml, Sabrina Carpenter's third fragrance in her Sweet Tooth range, Cherry Baby , sold out within a week of hitting Superdrug shelves.
This follows the trend of Sabrina's previous scents, which also flew off the shelves in record time. Judging by the rave reviews I keep receiving about its delightful aroma, Cherry Baby's popularity is well-deserved. The pop sensation made waves in the perfume industry with her highly popular Sweet Tooth signature scent, reportedly selling a bottle every two minutes at Superdrug. Her second and third perfumes, Caramel Dream and Cherry Baby, have enjoyed similar success, with the former selling 22 bottles an hour at Superdrug and the latter selling out in less than a week. The latest addition to the Disney star's range, the playful and romantic Cherry Baby, is set to become a staple for fans looking to add a new scent to their collection. After managing to snag the highly sought-after perfume, I was initially uncertain if the fragrance would suit me, given my lack of knowledge about which notes best complement my personal scent. However, it took just one wear for people to start asking about my perfume—a reaction I've seldom experienced with other fragrances. Sabrina's triple-threat fragrance, launched on 9 October, is currently retailing at £25 for 30ml or £40 for 75ml, aligning with the price points of Sweet Tooth EDP and Caramel Dream. That being said, bargain hunters can currently score a bottle for less in this Debenhams sale.My new favourite scent is described as both seductive and sweet. It features notes of cherries and chocolate that create a romantic and sophisticated aura. Red poppy and peony add a playful, flirty twist, while vanilla orchid accords introduce sensual undertones. This now frequently reached-for perfume is designed to encapsulate Sabrina's irresistible charm and effortlessly transitions from day to night—an aspect that appealed to me, as I rarely have the opportunity to change perfumes throughout the day. Evidently, this perfume has mass appeal, as there hasn't been a single occasion when I've worn it without someone enquiring about it or commenting on its delightful scent. Many have noted its sweet aroma and complexity, with an addictive and enticing core that captures the attention of both men and women whenever I wear it out. A Superdrug customer commented on the scent being rather potent and potentially headache-inducing, although this hasn't been my experience or one mentioned to me. I've personally perceived the fragrance as distinctive but not overwhelming; it's persistent yet doesn't assault the senses. Echoing my sentiment is a fellow shopper at Superdrug who enthused: 'It smells so lovely, i have absolutely nothing bad to say! I will be using it daily!' Meanwhile, a gleeful 5-star commenter at Lookfantastic exclaimed: ' Love the lightness of this, super sweet smelling and the obsessed with the packaging.' On the other hand, another fan raved: 'This scent is everything. Juicy cherry, a hint of floral, and a vanilla finish-it's sweet, flirty, and totally wearable. Perfect for any vibe, day or night. If you're into fun, grown-up fragrances that still feel effortless, you'll love this one!' The third fragrance in Sabrina’s collection, available through Lookfantastic, as well as Superdrug, Debenhams, and The Fragrance Shop, promises to be a delightful addition to your collection for those looking for something invigorating yet sophisticated
