Turkish restaurateur Nusret Gokce aka Salt Bae attended the screening of The Traitor at Cannes Film Festival
With the world’s press baiting for the best angles of the Cannes Film Festival red carpet, there was only one pose in Salt Bae’s back pocket.pulled out ‘the Salt Bae’ seasoning shot like a hero outside Palais des FestivalsWith a highly sought after ticket to the premiere of The Traitor, it was the ultimate pinch-me moment for an Insta-famous chef best known for expertly sprinkling salt onto meat.
In Cannes this week for the festival are some of the most celebrated international actors, including Margot Robbie, Orlando Bloom, Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt and Elle Fanning.Even though it’s unclear how Gokce landed his personal invitation, the social media sensation willingly gave us all a little insight inside the heavily shrouded festival on Thursday night.
He took a shot of the largely-empty screening room while he waited patiently for the other guests in his tuxedo shirt, bow tie and gold chains get-up.
