A number of celebrities are teaming up to record an all-star cover of Mariah Carey’s Hero to raise money for the NHS as doctors, nurses and medical staff fight the coronavirus, according to reports.
The charity track is understood to be in a bid to raise money for NHS Charities Together to help support staff in fighting the coronavirus pandemic.Mariah Carey’s Hero is said to be the chosen song that will be engineered and produced by Ed John of Apple Acre Studios, who recently worked with pop band Busted, according to The Sun Online.Hero isn’t the only song of Mariah’s that has been covered to raise funds for the NHS amid the covid-19 crisis.
A goosebump-inducing video shows each member of the choir singing separately to a camera while others play instruments for the melody of the song.
