Sam Faiers gushes over boyfriend Paul Knightley as he shows off weight loss in topless snap
Sam Faiers’ long-term boyfriend Paul Knightley has shown off the incredible results of his fitness regime, which he kickstarted during lockdown.
Sam’s beau is wearing blue shorts in the Instagram snap, in which he is topless, and in the caption he told his followers that he has been working hard every day and it has not been "an overnight process." His mother Gaynor, 61, who has appeared on The Mummy Diaries, wrote: "I know how hard you’ve worked. well done Paul."
Since her time on the series, Sam has made a whopping £9million fortune through books, clothing lines and perfume, a wealth which can only be matched by Mark Wright.
